This marina has a Restrictive cancellation policy and doesn’t allow any refund in case of reservation cancellation. Each marina on EBERTHS clearly states its cancellation policy. The type of cancellation policy can't be influenced and modified by EBERTHS.
EBERTHS comply with the marina’s rules and policies. Before making the payment for booking a berth, any client complies with EBERTHS terms and conditions that clearly stipulate that the restrictive policy doesn't allow any refund. The EBERTHS commission a client pays on EBERTHS internet site when making a reservation is not refundable in case of cancellation. It stands for the EBERTHS service and effort to intermediate a booking between the client and marina. The EBERTHS commission is included in the advance payment when booking their berth in a marina.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the client clicks the cancellation button on their account, which they can find in Your Account > Upcoming Trips > Cancellation
