The EBERTHS commission a client pays on EBERTHS internet site when making a reservation is not refundable in case of cancellation. It stands for the EBERTHS service and effort to intermediate a booking between the client and marina. The EBERTHS commission is included in the advance payment when booking their berth in a marina.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the client clicks the cancellation button on their account, which they can find in Your Account > Upcoming Trips > Cancellation
